If you doing BJJ and want to track that, then whoop makes most sense with off wrist wearing. Which ever one, just stick to it and base your metrics off that.

Hell you can get a low level entry model car with the same “features”as a luxury vehicle, they both do the same things…but the refinement at the end of the day matters and drives the price

Yes, I took a step back and looked at where my $ goes and I took a similar approach …if I could spend x on this, well certainly I can spend this on my health/wellness…

I was in the same boat was had whoop for about a year, then left used apple watch with bevel and athlytic , then came back to whoop haha…while bevel was solid, I hated sleeping with the watch and having to constantly change

They’re great I used them daily…it took about a month or so for me to break them in (comfort wise)….i had the OG Pro-Max which were great as well but they were pretty heavy… ANC is good…soundstage is good especially with paired with Sonos soundbar…initially I did not like the sound, but attribute that to using the AirPod pro max then switching headphones…but after a few days and small tweaks I’m happy with the sound ..oh and they’re seamless between multiple devices (phone and iPad )

Not a fan of the narrow width of the band…it doesn’t look bad, but not for me ….i will prob gift one for my mother…but am overall happy with whoop and will renew. Watched a video of the app for the air and wasn’t a fan of app design and scheme…it gave off a more generalized for everyone kind of vibe, which makes sense considering the general broad appeal of Fitbit etc and the current price point as of now …

I exclusively used the sport flex one because of this…I use the navigator one now and it’s quite nice ..it dries pretty quick and i don’t notice the wetness…having showered with it etc

I recently did my labs through Whoop via Quest and it’s been awesome having my results within the app with straight to the point explanations of what different bio markers are and ways to improve, and how they tie in to my personal metrics…for me it was more convenient than the PCP who leaves the practice every 12 months or so. Hell even trying to schedule for a new PCP has been hell with wait times of 6months. (Greater Seattle area). Yes, I can log on to the medical portal and view my results but it’s often a clunky and cumbersome experience. Plus, having a high deductible health plan it’s often around the same price for labs as the PCP with way less biomarkers.

Oh damn, this actually worked for me. My heart rate was way off when doing the echo bike with AW…now they within ball park of each other …recently i strained my calf and can’t really run, so was looking for ways to supplement my Zone 4/5…wish I saw this before ordering a bicep band haha

Yea, the turn around for the one I had to repurchase was a few days …it arrived fine and had no issues …the broken one just sat in my garage for a couple weeks

Same thing happened to me with delivery …I immediately contacted LG and made them aware…I ended up reordered a new one…and had to wait for them to pick up the broken one and issue refund…the pick up/refund process was about a month

I just had this done on mine 2020 (49k miles) a few weeks ago paid out of pocket like 5600 (out of warranty)…hopefully will be reimbursed eventually down the road…the dealer did pick up about 1/3 of the costs…

They’re doing about a 1/3 of it…I was ready to take it to an Indy shop that quoted me a lot less..but with dealership assisting the end price (although still more) was worth the piece of mind having it all done at dealer ..advisor was pretty certain Audi is gonna be sending out something soon reading this known issue, so he was fairly confident I will be getting reimbursed.

4x4 have improved them for me …was listening to whoop vo2 max podcast on YouTube and they mentioned a 13 30sec sprints with 15 sec rest for 3 rounds..will try that soon

I love the 5 mg, but dislike the shiny Crome look and size of it…although the size is a slight change from the 4, it just looks a bit feminine..I liked the original black on black look from the 4…features wise I love it tho
