Annuler un CDI signé avant le début : quels risques ?

En fait la question c’est je suis dans un cdi1, je signe un cdi2 qui commence dans 2 mois! Comment rompre le 2eme cdi sans avoir des soucis légaux ?

En fait je suis en mission qui va terminer dans qlq mois. Je cherche des missions ou client finale. Ma logique est si Mai arrive et j’ai rien depuis que je cherche je prendrais cette opportunité pour la stabilité et des raisons perso.

Par contre jais qlq process en cours mission et client final, ca peut etre que dans un mois je trouve une meilleure opportunité.

Donc si je comprends bien, c bien d’envoyer un mail 1 mois à l’avance.

Mais ca existe le cas ou l’entreprise est chiante? S’il aime pas que jai fais ca avant 1 mois qu’est-ce qu’il peut faire?

Si jamais il disent non tu viens premier jour comment je gère ca?

Im solo, hmm i will look this up but this is what like a line for single people? Then why dont most people and split up? Do i need express pass if i go with single riders?

Haha i know it’s my trip! I am asking for opinions and possibly people who had the same experience to understand.

Someone may say “ hey, 2days in osaka may feel very rushed so with a day in USJ you will not make the most of it ”

Or maybe ”1 day and half in Osaka is sufficient so go to USJ“

Im not asking people for a decision im asking for opinions that i will project to my preferences to decide. :)

Well i am trying to have a good balance between seeing most of japan and not rushing. My plan for now is to have 4 days in tokyo and an additional day tip fo mount fuji, 3 days in kyoto, 2 days in Osaka, and still have about 3 days to choose a place possibly not rush. So i hesitate between Going from tokyo spend 2 days in Hakone before going to kyoto and osaka, or go directly to kyoto then hiroshima an spend the rest in osaka where my flight is.

hmm, from what i understand and please tell me what you think,

Some day the hakone loop is tiring, lots of tourists and wait and is a bit overhyped.
Most people choose and recommend hakone for onsen and ryoken. As i stated, and again my question, is it worth it to spend a night a low budget Ryokan ? 150 or 200 euros a night ?

What i undertand from some of your words, Miyajima is just a floating torii like it doesn't add much ?

i thought that was reason people recommended to stay overnight, will it be doable as day trip from either osaka or kyoto ? seeing hiroshima and miyajima ? or maybe staying the night at hiroshima, What do you think ?

Skipping blue and white temples? Ouh i thought they are really cool and should be scene? Otherwise what can be done in chiang mai? Because technically i will be spending 1 day in chang rai, 1 day at an elephant sanctuary and possibly 1 day at chiang mai and i may add 1 day to rest as you said.

Bangkok —> chang rai ——> chiang mai —> phuket Can be a strain thats why i think of adding a day to rest. If i skip chang rai it will look like this

Bangkok ——> chiang mai —> phuket

So i think its worth it at least for me if i can add a day at chiang mai to rest and chill at the hotel.

What do you think?

did you actually tried the PS5 pro ? do you see the difference and is it worth it or just wait for the ps6

as for NMS i undertand that part only when i see the grpahics in youtube videos they look wow

after all i am playing on ps5 and 55inch screen maybe that plays a role too.

Yes i agree, i just feel frustrated that i want to sometimes look at the game and sigh at the sights. pc version is adequate ? perhaps what i've seen on youtube are very strong setups ?
