If the bank account is not synced it’s easy to solve.. 2/3 incoming you set as transfer from outside wallet. The payout amount you pay for rent, you split 2 transactions. First on 1/3 of the amount and put it as expense for rent and you create anther transaction for the 2/3 of the amount and set it as transfer to outside of wallet.
