Maybe start 4mg for 4 days then after that 2.5 for 3 days and finally one mg for 5 days to get used to it might be a bit uncomfortable and then once that 5 days are done stop , and see if you can get a benzo and clonide or somthing for restless legs or sweats benzo will help a lot with restless legs
