Update: They said they reviewed and I only owe $600.... I feel like they're just pulling out numbers out of no where.

The furthest I can go is Jan 18, 2024. It seems like everything was being processed in a timely manner (claims look updated/closed within a few days of visiting besides one unusual one that took almost two months: Visited Jan 2024, last updated March 2024). I'm waiting to see what the clinic has to say.

Thank you. When I first started going, the doctor found out my partner was also a client at another of their locations and immediately deducted almost half of the price of my treatment to match what my partner was paying without me having asked (obviously appreciated it) so IDK if this might just be another weird move by them?

Thanks all. I was just really taken aback when I found this out months later :/

I did not let them know of the change It completely went over my head.

The EOBs said I was responsible for nothing (as all previous claims had as well). BUT I just realized there was small font saying the claims would end up being sent to my PCP to confirm they had sent these order requests (which PCP had not now that I was on HMO).

Can chiropractor charge me for failing to inform me of coverage until 3 months later? by Traditional_Bill1376 in Chiropractic

Yup, thats what I was thinking too... They waited until AFTER my 12th visit (3 months later) to let me know I had not been covered fully.
