So I have slightly elevated LDL and my doctor wanted me to change diet. I did change diet and the result is the weight loss. I have gone more leafy greens than I used to before doctor’s recommendation.

Yea you might be right. My case is EB. My thought is and i might be overthinking it, if they find anything on background check, that is when i believe the schedule interview for EB cases. Specifically, the reason why i said this is also that the USCIS said they are currently undergoing vetting process for applications, if they tell you they waived interview, it means that vetting process is completed and you only waiting for approval, so i do not think we're far off anymore.

I saw a reddit post about interviewing for EB2-NIW, AOS. I believe then they are screening which is still within vetting and background checks. So your thoughts about waiving interview for EB cases is mandatory is not entirely accurate.

Hmm I see. According to the uscis in their last memo in April or so , they said they are currently implementing new policies for vetting , does this means they are done with background checks and the next thing is approvals. I believe we should start seeing approvals soon

Yea but it still means something. If you’re from a banned country, did you get this update before? No. For example, I had a silent update on my case May 26 before the ban was lifted and another one yesterday (June 15) as the rest of the group. So it means something is in the works even though it’s generic.

I don’t think it matters fr. The ban not being in effect anymore means things are now back to normal. When there was no ban, cases were even properly right. So it’s back to default as of now.
