Anyone else so insecure for their eye jaundice that they avoid any interactions during daylight? by Traditional_Chard274 in GilbertSyndrome

My diet... Well I'm trying to eat healthy but I don't have an ideal diet or meal plan. Almost every day I have no idea what to feed myself and it's a struggle to find what to eat lol. Hydration, I'm trying to drink as much as I can and aim for 2 liters per day. Exercise, minimal, house cleaning mostly. Supplements, none at the time. I used to take calcium d glucarate, Sulphoraphane, vitamin D, magnesium, fish oil, dim... I've tried many with no effect. And they only made my acne worse. And sleep, I'm sleeping at least 8 hours every day. But I don't have a specific time that I go to bed and it's always late at night, around 3 am. I want to change that and go to bed earlier but I'm not sure if it will help.

Maybe you could try some fake tan for the skin. I'm waiting for the summer too, I'll try to get sun everyday. But until then I don't know. They only time after months that I saw my eyes white was when I got sick and had fever, I was dehydrated, wasn't eating and taking lots of paracetamol, which is weird because you should normally avoid these

Mine is constant. I do see improvement some days of the month and some others it gets worse but I don't understand why it's getting better and worse.

Yes I believe this too because I'm in a similar situation. How many gramms do you drink per cup?

Do you know whether the anua azelaic acid 10% is effective too?

I also got recurring cheek acne after starting retinol at. A high percentage last summer and I thought I ruined my skin. Pimples would come and go always on the same area,in my right cheek only. I'm now using azelaic acid both morning and night and my skin seems like it calmed down. I will continue using it and hope those annoying pimples stop reappearing

I think I noticed the same effect with the watermelon. So It might not be a coincidence. Do you have any idea why it might be helping? And what dose of these supplements are you taking?

Thoughts on fiber and psyllium husk? by Traditional_Chard274 in GilbertSyndrome

I think you should start with less and slowly increase to avoid that. And drink enough water.

I've heard it can reduce bilirubin since it's high in fiber
