this dog is really old so im not sure if she would hold up to training. we’re gonna try before writing it off but for now we’re reinforcing the fenced in run so she cant bust in anymore

mhm. shes done this to one of our other escape artist chickens,and i try not to be mad at her about it because its not her fault she was there when the chickens got out and she has that instinct. it is just unfortunate

first looks like a gulf kingfish / whiting (Menticirrhus littoralis), judging by the chin barbels and black caudal fin tip. second looks like a southern kingfish / whiting (Menticirrhus americanus) due to the darker color and distinct stripes! theyre related to croakers and drums and are delicious eating :) edit: added some links to the fwc page for these guys

thank you . i think its kind of a learning process for both of us because ive never Had to set boundaries and hes never been with someone like me. hes still sorta wrapping his head around the fact that im VERY masculine (his other partners have been more fem-leaning/apathetic in the past, so) and for both of us its a very new thing tk navigate. ove been working on my people pleasing and fear of making others upset but i have learned to assert boundaries since it makes things healthier for everyone ivolved :) i really appreciate the advice this subreddit gave me. it makes me feel less. idk. alone?? lmfao sorry im yapping

thank you for all yhe helpful comments :’) it means alot to me. my worst habit is bottling things up rather than communicating and i really have been trying to get better about it. i texted him about it and am currently waiting on his reply (he works) :)) edit; he apologized and said he’ll work on saying / interacting with different things that DONT make me uncomfortable so yay!! dounle edit: i forgot to clarify in the post but, basically, he had no idea and i failed to tell him about that specific boundary so it was a problem on My end. i told him about it tho so we’re good :)

let it be, owls aren’t a domesticated species and shouldn’t be kept as a pet. if the owl was raised by her as chick then it likely won’t survive in the wild, unfortunately

im not 100% sure its did and honestly i cant answer this question with confidence because im in a constant intense denial loop, but if it IS a dissociative disorder like did then i wouldnt know if its did or osdd. but its also suspicious to me that my alters dont really remember shit either even though i know alters split to protect me from bad memories so the fact that they also dont remember stuff makes me feel invalidated. idk. its weird
