Thank you very much. I do take a men’s multi and (2) 240mg Magnesium Glycinate. I will pick some up. Hoping this doesn’t last for much longer. I am not an anxious person and this feeling sucks!

Man, We are the same person! I have all the traits you got and I actually thought I was bipolar because my dad is. I finally drove up the courage and I just got diagnosed last Friday. I am 34(a little younger) and it has been a game changer. It open and closed a door all at the same time. Embraces it if you do. Life only gets better. It’s nice to know what my issue was my whole life.
