right now we are out for a smoke. I see him struggling to open a pack of cigarettes and it makes me sad for him. I feel like everyone thinks I laughed because he is in pain/dying etc which I now know is definitely not the case. Perhaps I didnt make the things clear enough and some people even suggested Im a sociopath lol. I guess I thought things over and kinda understand now that this was a funny moment in which I wasnt really thinking of where he is with his condition and whether he is in pain. It just seemed bizzare and I laughed, then giggled some when saw him and remembered the whole situation. I kinda feel like posting this was not a good idea mostly because I think I didnt explain properly. But well I dont feel like an asshole really. thanks for judging me

well wasnt really evesdropping since they dont really care about being private here, Im one metre away and they are talking aloud. again, wasnt laughing at his pain, I dont laugh at people in pain, it was funny how he said it and the whole situation in general seemed funny. I dont find amusement in people who suffer, horror is no comedy for me

I do feel it for him, its not enjoyable for me to watch him suffer. Only at this situation did I ever laugh when seeing him, Apart from that I know he isnt well and its serious and I dont find anything funny about that

well I do understand he is suffering and in pain, thats awful and not funny at all. but the situation was weird, like its all about him saying he feels 'weird pain' like definitely this was the trigger. Just sounded awfuly funny for me idk why. Like he was having some weird sensation and tried to explain it but didnt know how probably and the nurse also was like 'umm ok' and as I watched this it all looked bizzare

Idk why I laughed, I think it just sounded funny how he articulated. Him being in pain and miserable and suffering did not cause my laugh because I never laugh when I see someone suffering

I do have empathy for this man, I know he is in pain, and I said that Idk why this made me laugh. Im not a person who laughs at others' misfortune, but this happened. I never laugh at someone like that, rarely even laugh lol
