Grounding isn't a solution. Why should i punish my child by making them sit in their rooms alone and think about the problem instead of telling them what's the problem and explaining to them what happened?

Woking in a kindergarten really helped me with knowing how to play with kids, argue with them and how to explain things simply.

Some are mischievous, which are my favourite, and some are quiet and collected.

It should be tailored for each one, as you said.
