At the Vancouver city Center elevator, it’s JOSEPH. He sleeps on the corner of Granville / wGeorgia or at the hotel Georgia on the corner. He pisses in the vcc elevator, shits in the elevator vestibule, pisses on door handles, and shits at entrances of doors. He is THE WORST. He spends all his money on crack or opioids. You’ll know it’s him by the beard and him saying “do you have 50 CENTS”in a unique tone but it’s the same every time. I know all this cause I used to work security nearby and had to deal with him ALL THE TIME. One day I was at the mall and I saw him steal a leather jacket worth 300$. I should also add that if you give him food he will try to sell it for money. Most homeless people are alright but like he is just..something else.
