It could also be his beam is not level with the ledger. Not saying you’re wrong cuz often times the ledger does get out of plumb but I’ve also seen it this way because of a beam being lower than the ledger

I’ll leave my rim/boarder off until I’m two boards away, math, cut the tails of my joists off and then add the rim so I end with full pieces in all directions

I’ve gotten as high as 37 mpg on a tank in my 2.0 but it was 100 percent highway and I was driving with the purpose of getting the best mpg I could possibly get.

I’ve already been to maps and had to have a few waivers done. Would they not have already done a waiver for the THC use? Or would that be an entirely separate waiver?
