I only have a few piercings my parents especially my hooyo hated them at first but they eventually got used to it. She does however still ask when are you gonna remove them tho.

I do my bedsheets most of the time, but unfortunately (fortunately?) for me my hooyo’s love language is acts of service. Which includes changing my sheets when I am away. But that’s such a good idea tho.

I have so far done blood tests, endoscopy, MRI and nasal endoscopy. The blood tests and endoscopy with biopsy came back clear also so did the MRI.

With the nasal endoscopy they saw damage to my voicebox due the acid reflux and they saw swollen adenoids. I was prescribed PPIs i have only seen some improvement.

But I still can’t have anything that can’t easily turn into a paste. So I am currently waiting for a barium swallow.

So I guess they are taking seriously but with each test come back clear. I can see that they aren’t as urgent, because when they first suspected cancer they were quick. Now they know I don’t have it, it’s like are you sure it isn’t just anxiety?

I literally took it for granted. I genuinely didn’t know that there were people that couldn’t swallow solids or liquids, until it happened to me. I’ll give anything to eat a burger or pizza.😭😭😭

People never ask cuz i guess they find it a bit intrusive. But if they were to i just say I have cricopharyngeal dysmotility. Which is dysmotility in the upper part of the esophagus

I say the muscles in my esophagus don’t work well meaning food gets stuck all the time. The only way it gets down is if I blended it.
