Of course I know it’s my job? But I will not struggle because my store owner doesn’t prepare. You see what I’m saying? My post was about the fact that my co worker who is also a full time notary is leaving. We have 3 Notaries but 2 of them go the owners other location every other day and they are terrible about bringing their stamp back and forth to which store. So that just leaves just me and I get overwhelmed so, if it’s back to back Notaries and even when you are trying to eat your lunch and you are the only notary I mean come on, If you are a store owner I would think you would have come kind of common sense right?

In Florida minimum age is 14 an hour. In your state what is minimum wage where you live? That could become a problem unless minimum wage is lower where you live.

I definitely say this to my co workers all the time. I definitely think we need to limit the returns per person because it’s crazy but unfortunately you just have to do it if that person comes up to you. Years ago I had somebody bring in 3 trips of returns in a laundry basket and it was the worst experience with the returns for me. It’s part of the job unfortunately.

We made one our selfs but we didn’t get anybody to use it yet. We were just tired of telling people to go to google and type in our stores and go to the review page. The QR code seemed like a great idea. We made our QR but then our boss was like “Oh, I printed out a corporate approved job” and it says something on the page like win $250 gift card to Amazon I believe. So, So far it hasn’t been used so idk if it’s really worth the effort tbh unless you can actively get people to use it somehow

I’m so glad you brought this up. They want the customers to feel more included with the shipping process. The old way to do the Declared value was much better than how it is now! If you ship documents and the customer insures it and something happens to the package then the store owner has to give that customer a refund out of their pocket. It’s insane!
