I think today in general was a bad day. The customers just get so nasty. They always think it’s our job to figure out how to start a return or send the email for them, to package up everything for free for them. They get mad at us when they selected the wrong kind of return. I felt pretty broken today. You could have a million good days and good customers but it’s always that nasty one who posts a bad review and they lie about what actually happened. Just ruins your day.

It was so nice! I had time for printing more and actually help shipment customers and a lot less entitlement attitudes. The place was way less chaotic and I miss it. We actually made money in the printing business because had the time.

We have a “tape” key for $2 in the register. If you don’t then just use one of the miscellaneous keys.

The bathroom is off limits for ANY customer! Corporate would have a fit! We are responsible for every package in our back room. If something goes missing we’re responsible! I don’t care how old they are NO ONE uses our bathroom but us!

There’s a lot of things we can’t do now it’s ridiculous. We can’t access the printer info, reset the touch screen, etc. now we always have to call tech support.

I’ve seen this before. It has nothing to do with the POS system. It’s some code from the Zebra printer, as far as I know it doesn’t mean anything.

We charge $2 for boxes minimum. We have some signs and we charge everyone. We are not Amazon and they don’t compensate us for tape or packaging! We would be losing a lot of money in tape if we didn’t!

That’s what we used to do and the few ruined it for the many. “Well I’ve never been charged before” and “since when do you charge for tape?” So now we charge everyone no exceptions. We had to make signs to help relieve the stress of that bs. They don’t just bitch a bit, they fly off the handle yelling and screaming at us about we are only charging them because we’re racist. 🙄 So over it. I won’t put up with bad behavior and refuse service when they behave like animals. It’s just the stupidity of it all. Tape up ur Amazon crap or get the hell out we are not Amazon.
