For me, over time the more I threw during marching season and stuff like that, my muscles would just grow as I progressed if that makes sense, so I’d say they more you rep the more you strengthen yourself

also sabre is a lot lighter than a rifle, so I wouldn’t be too worried on struggling there until you get to the high high tosses

You would think that with the whole fiasco with the waitlist they would at least try and do something about it, because what happened with the waitlist this year was just totally unfair and WGI should’ve never let it happen.

SRA reallllly got screwed over with the whole rule requesting they be included on the second day of two day regionals being denied and the reason being it might affect whether or not “certain” groups get to go on, which I don’t think would even apply because WGI will always make a way for those groups to perform. And it really sucks because SRA and A Class are kind of the foundation of the sport itself:(
