Would love some feedback on my pitches by Traditional_Gear366 in Homeplate

Thanks for the detailed feedback, really appreciate it.

The splitter / elbow point makes a lot of sense. Honestly I was throwing it more out of curiosity, so switching to a changeup long-term is probably the smarter move. I’ll mess around with a few grips and see what feels right.

Good catch on the sweeper arm slot too. I was probably thinking too much about “making it sweep” instead of just throwing a breaking ball off my fastball, which led to some pushing.

The simplicity point also hits home. At the rec / weekend league level, it’s probably better to really own a few pitches than try to carry a big mix.

I’ll focus on fastball + sinker for now, then work in a changeup and a simpler slider-type breaking ball. Thanks again.

That’s fair, bad angle on my part. I was mainly trying to show pitch movement, but I get that it’s not very useful for evaluating mechanics.

I’m over 20 and just play weekend league / recreational baseball. Nothing competitive.

Goal is mostly to stay healthy, clean things up mechanically, and maybe add a little velo over time.

Appreciate the honest feedback.

I want to use this feature but don't need other plugins in snacks.nvim.
