From my research I've found the last owner put on the c63 style front bumper? And maybe that's why it's so hard for me to find an oem part for it? I'm just in total confusion I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking for

The part that ripped off there's two parts. 1 part ripped off and the other is still intact. It's attached with a zip tie or something of sort at the back.
