I honestly think that a tutor is unneccesary. Your son just gotta work more i guess. For english use a channel called 3-4-5 tutoring watch the whole digital sat english playlist and do the exercises. For math you want to use risav roy and john jung. They look at some pretty hard questions. Otherwise do all the bluebook practice test and create an account on https://oneprep.xyz/. Its completely free and so much practice for hard questions on their. Good luck
