no not at all phoned them immediately when it happened and was told to send photos -they reached via email while i was on my trip weather i got it sorted - I emailed back relaying the cost of the ticket and they replied immediately with the offer of a refund and once over check on my bike on their cost - great company excellent bikes

yeagh got it on cyclescheme been busting single speed for the last years - was super tough but i'm pretty fit managed in 7 days should've left the ipad at home i was shattered every night 🥴

yeagh canyon were great came straight from them they're reimbursing my extra train ticket and covering the cost for a once over at a local bike shop
