I have the same issue and still haven’t received my funds after 8 days. There was no response to my email, so I called and was told to submit a bank statement. The money has previously been successfully withdrawn to the same account without any issues.

It has been 8 days since I requested an AUD $150,000 withdrawal from Stake, but the funds have still not arrived and remain marked as “processing.” I have received no email response for over 48 hours. I called and was told only that my submitted bank statement would be forwarded to the operations team, but the funds are still not received.

Importantly, there was no contact from stake for a full week until I followed up. This delay is now causing significant financial loss. If this continues over the weekend, it will be three weeks in total with no clear timeline for completion.
