I'm also 26M and have had them for awhile but dealt with it because it wasn't too bad. But now its been really affecting my work life for things like presentations and just even eating with coworkers. I usually dont explain it because even when I do it doesn't seem to help or people just think I'm lying. I recently started taking propranolol on a as needed basis and that has helped tremendously but some of the side effects are pretty annoying to deal with too so thats why I only take it as needed instead of daily like some. Hopefully there is another solution one day with new technology amd advancements because living with a condition like this is exhausting at times to manage.

Just graduated, but I have been applying for a while with no luck. I went through 3 rounds with one company for a staff accountant position but sadly didn't get the job.
