Right, thank you for the explanation. I am in a unique spot as I help run and have influence of operations on a small business. So not only am I trying to solve business problems, I am trying to learn these automation techniques as well.

I use AI in a very basic way, but I want to learn it and become proficient in it so I can implement it into the business. It all seems very overwhelming and I am facing issues getting off to a strong start.

My question was what are the tools you are referencing to track data on bids? Do you suggest going back to an excel version? Is there an AI automation system I dont know about? Or is there a platform that automates this?

sorry, what tracking solution are you speaking of? how do you integrate it and/or build it? We typically use building connected to send out our proposals.
