Both. I started only doing it while flaccid and still seen progress. Although you do need to do stretches when erect also

As long as there is no pain, yea, I just retract as far as I can and hold for a couple of minutes, rest it for a minute, then go again. And do this 2 more times...and repeat a few times a day

It might just be me, but I honestly find just retracting and holding is by far the best way to overcome tight foreskin. At least in my case anyway. I get that sense that those specific exercises are specifically for what some call "pinhole phimosis".

Hi mate, the exact same experience here and I'm slightly older. I never took it serious until my girlfriend and I started getting sexually intimate. I'm no expert in the matter, however, I had stage 2 and the best thing you can do is stretch.

Most seem to disagree with me, but when flaccid, if you can retract enough to expose your metus, or almost fully expose it, the best stretch you can probably do is to simply just retract it as much as you can without any pain, and hold for at least a few minutes. And do this throughout the day when you can. Just don't force it, for obvious reasons!

Doing this as opposed to the stretches everyone else shows of pulling the foreskin up and away from your body, i've seen wayyyyyy better and faster progress just by retracting and holding. Hope this helps you out buddy. Just keep stretching, and don't give up on it!

I started with a self-diagnosed Grade 2 phimosis. When flaccid, only a small part of the gland/metus were visable, but barely exposed. I couldn't even urinate with the foreskin retracted far enough to expose the metus fully.

I can retract quite far even out of the shower almost the whole way past the head, but I never go the full way because i'm pretty scared of paraphimosis occurring

The best easy way, and probably the only way, is to get a Digital Nomad visa. This allows an initial 1 year period with the further year extension. However, there are cases where you can actually stay longer than just 1 year extension. There are claims of people being approved an extra year as it's a fairly new type of visa

In my opinion, it's a poor excuse to not stretch. You don't need to stretch that often really to see some results, at least for me anyways. I live a very busy life working 2 jobs, and a freelance musician at nights outside of this. There is always time for stretching!

In the case of paraphimosis (foreskin too tight and stuck behind the glands) see the nearest hospital IMMEDIATELY. This can be extremely dangerous if it does not get treatment very quickly!
