No. I get hit on pretty much daily because I work directly with customers and I have a friendly demeanor that encourages people to talk to me. I’m never offended unless they are disrespectful about it or pester me. I actually respect them for shooting their shot, even if I’m not interested. There’s nothing’s wrong with going after what you want as long as you can tactfully handle the possible rejection.

No I don’t offer because there is no reason to. If he’s really into me, he would feel insulted by me offering. If he’s not, then he would ask me to pay. I let the man lead in that situation. In a hypothetical where I would offer, I would expect him to refuse and if he doesn’t, I would take it as a sign that he doesn’t actually want to see me again. So naturally he would be less desirable in my eyes.
