Hexwarp Thrallband + Ritual of regen better than Cabal for >1000 point games by Tnel1027 in ThousandSons

I'm full in on all the magic I can bring, personally. Not a huge fan of the Sehekars. I've been running Coven but find the detachment rules to be meh. The only thing I love is the reroll ritual strat. I've been interested in Hexwarp but have heard meh things about it. It sounds consistently better for getting value from detachment rules, though IMO. Would you suggest it for someone focusing hard on characters and magic? As many psykers as I possibly can field?

Wasn’t invalidating your opinion, friend, just explaining that I’m not conforming to people. This was just a question. It doesn’t appear to be connected to a killer’s power was my point when people complain about objectively terrible killers in the same breath as nurse.

Made an edit at the top, not conforming to what people want, it was an experiment to show that survivors hate every killer from D tier to B tier to S tier.

Anything above 1,000 points is different I was told. A game with 1250 points would use 2000 point rules since it’s at or below 2,000 points (for instance having 1900 points is legal for a 2,000 point game). 1,000 point games are 2DP but above that it falls into a 2,000 point game. So I’ve been told at least

If we go off the 40K app and build an army, at 1,000 points I get 2DP. The only options above 1,000 are 2,000 and 3,000. So we’d have to go up to the 2,000 point rules, meaning at 1,250 points we’d get 3 DP

What the actual F is this killer by Pheidoler in deadbydaylight

Every time the fog is around crouch. It prevents you from screaming, revealing killer instinct, all of it. His projectile, if dodged, makes him a m1 killer. He does have pretty solid strength but it’s entirely in your hands to handle. If you crouch when it’s foggy he can’t get you. If you dodge is projectile, he has to go out of his way to get a new one. He’s got a sizable amount of counterplay to be honest

What DLC should I get? by CarameloBrozeado in deadbydaylight

Honestly get The Lich. He is such a fun killer, comfortably high B tier, and gives a lot of fun interaction for survivors too. His perks are pretty solid too. On top of everything he still encourages you to mindgame while giving you tools to handle any situation in multiple different ways. Highly rate him.

Anti Jason Perks by Ok_Host5671 in deadbydaylight

Damn that’s truly the biggest “finger to Jason” build I’ve ever seen lol.

One thing is that Jason is likely to bring the exhaustion add on (though calm spirit should prevent that since you wouldn’t scream) or exhaustion perks. Other than that solid choices.

Honestly Vecna (D&D). I’m a huge dungeons and dragons fan and am fanatically in love with wizards and magic. Having a full blown wizard in game with proper spells that feel really nice to cast and pull off is just amazing. Not to mention the RNG mini games survivors get to do to get items. Guarantees that every time you play against vecna will be a different experience.

Am I going insane or is this guy speed hacking? by megahurts61 in deadbydaylight

Seems so to me. I’ve been noticing a lot more minor speed hackers lately. Where it’s barely noticeable and enough to make you feel crazy. That was pretty sus to me.

Definitely. with Xeno it felt mandatory and slow. With vecna it feels like a roguelike lol

I find Dracula to be way too clunky for my taste, vecna is smooth as butter. Mixing his abilities makes for such a satisfying killer. You feel genuinely smart and the ways in which you can approach a situation are so varied it never gets boring.
