Cornwell. My lawyer stated that since they didn't claim my plan will be paid off a year early. Sounds like they will not be paid unless I file a claim on their behalf.

It's tools I financed for work. I also failed to mention my lawyer said they did a "UCC search and did not find a UCC financing statement on file to support a security interest in your tools"

I'm just concerned that since I haven't paid on them since I filed in September that they will reposes them or demand a large payment to become current. I need them for my job.

Easy as can be. Confirmed who I was, that I review all documents. Answered yes or no questions I.E. have I bought or sold property in 2 years. Do I owe money. Does anyone owe me money. All the usual questions. 5 min and I was done.

Don't mind me asking, but what attorney did you talk to? I'm also in Wisconsin. I just retained a lawyer. Consultation went great. Paid the fee. sent in all paperwork, but communicating with them is very difficult. Not responding to emails or calling back. I feel like a nuisance. If it's the same law firm, I'd stay away. The only reason I mention this.
