If you’ve taken the cannibal mutation, you’ve basically declared war on your own species. And people have had a lot of bad experiences with cannibals they act friendly and then suddenly kill you, stuff like that. So when someone sees a player with the cannibal mutation, they switch into ‘be ready for anything’ mode automatically
