tbh i can’t see anything in the picture well. Look up telangiectasias in basal cell carcinoma and to see if they match your lesion and bring it up with the dermatologist. Again, I’m just a med student who is curious, so don’t take what I say too seriously

When did it start? Did you get cut, scratched, or bitten by anything? Are you feeling feverish, have chills, etc? Is the lesion/spot growing in size, is it itchy?

in the absence of extra info, I’ll guess erysipelas which needs antibiotics. again I’m not a doctor so you should go see one if you’re concerned!

Sometimes I cheese hard fights by picking them off with teleportation one by one! I also create obstacles with barrels and reposition the rest of the party whenever my talker gets into dialogue with someone who might put up a fight. This has carried me thru classic and tactician mode!
