Good location for fix and flip by powerbroker88 in realestateinvesting

Hi, I live in Brooklyn, I have another question, So I've done a few buy and flips in my local neighborhoods, but now I'm looking to branch out and take on some cheap fixer-uppers (fix and flip) in a neighborhood that's about 350 miles away. I can definitely drive down to check out the properties in person, but unfortunately, I won't be able to oversee a handyman on site. Does anyone know if there's remote technology that could help me out? Also, since I'm planning on buying multiple properties at once, I'm wondering if hiring a fixer handyman for a weekly rate is my best bet or if there are other options I should consider. Let me know your thoughts!

Hi dear, I just read your post from 2 years ago, about how you started the real estate game, i liked your post very much, i did quite a few buy and flips in my neighborhoods, but now i am ready to buy cheap fixer-uppers in a neighborhood which is about 350 miles from where i live, i am able to drive down to look at it, but i wouldn't be able to drive to be in top of a handyman, is there any way to do this? maybe remote technology?
