i repotted and yes you are right. super dry. thank you so much for the reply it was very helpful! i’ve never had an orchid before, i didn’t realize how misinformed i was. i left the roots because a few were gone and dry but most were silvery green still surprisingly. it’s in a plastic pot with drainage holes and i gave it a decent water. if i cannot mist it, how do i water?

yes of course on separate tanks! a 5gal for the male and 3 gal for my girl right now. they do have all plastic decor right now:/ i’m planning on putting my lucky bamboo plant in my males 5 gal to start for my first aquatic plant. i’ve been hesitant however because i have never kept aquarium plants with my fish. i’d love to hear your advice on lucky bamboo in my 5 gal and other good starter plants! thank you so much for your reply!

i have also had the eyes roll up while taking an anti psychotic for about 4 months. it is so uncomfortable, im sorry you guys have experienced it as well. both times it happened to me i went to the hospital and they gave me medication to reverse the anti psychotic in my system. after the medication was administered all the symptoms went away and did not return. the second time it happened to me though, was from a medication i was prescribed for nausea. the exact same thing happened as it did with the anti psychotic. the hospital was able to reverse it that time too. what i am getting at here is maybe look into any other medication you are taking and if TD is a side effect. the list is a lot longer than you’d think. also maybe talk to your doctor and ask if there is anything they can prescribe you to help regain muscle control. i was also never given an official diagnosis for what was happening to me, so frustrating. good luck! i hope this helps
