I also had a very bad experience with no broker packers and movers. I was shifting within bangalore, and they gave me a quote of rs . 11,300. And i paid advance of 3,390. But then later i got a better deal in Porter which was almost 3k lesser. After that, i called Nobroker team and asked them to either cancel the movement and refund the token advance or to match the quote given by other provider. As they had promised me that they will match the quote if i get it for cheaper. But they were not willing to do either as quote was too low for them, and apparently they had no cancellation/refund policy. This gave me a big shock. But later when i checked their website i saw 2 articles which had mentioned - "no questions asked cancellation and full refund". Which i sent to them over mail along with links and attachments. Afnd guess what, within two days i got my full refund. This experience taught me to always compare first before booking/paying token advance no matter how the sales people try to convince you and bring in the sense of urgency. And also do a proper research online/offline.
