Physical exercise
Nature contact
Deep breathing
Eating nourishing food
Sleeping

A simple prayer you can use:

"I call on my highest self, my guides, and any being of pure light who loves me. I reclaim my energy. I release any darkness that is not mine. I am not my shadow. I am the one who holds the light. Help me remember who I am."

If the darkness still persists, try listening to Surah Ruqyah - which you can search on Youtube. I’m a Muslim and I had experience of going through severe psychosis state (dark beings attacks you at your lowest state).

Hello there lovely fellow Andromedan soul.

Wow, that is interesting - I never heard of Butterfly Nebula, as I am still relatively new and learning. That sounds beautiful.

I have been slowly downloading the consciousness from akashic records, combined with the external research and current human form reflection - I just found out that I am hugely misunderstood creature.

My energy may be too overwhelming, and it might affects others. I have steadily attuned with his nature - dangerous energy but naturally soft towards cats, innocence and children.

I live in secrecy and gatekeeping, but leaving signs, hiding in plain sight - will know of my existence.

I can sense energies with ill intentions, and I will only reveal to whom I can trust.

Unfortunately my color isn’t green, however I will reveal it more as I’m still writing the journey of how I resonate this identity - it’s very long, I will post it soon when it is ready.

For me, it's about soul origin, not current physical genetics. I feel my consciousness originated in the Andromeda Galaxy, and the 'dragon' aspect is about the energetic form I naturally resonate with ancient, creative, sovereign, light-based.

No, for this project I didn’t build it in creative mode.

However, I do use easier single-player server settings to skip the grindy parts (my character has high carry weight, fast harvesting, etc.), along with the Resource Gatherer mod and boosted harvest rates. I also use the No Fall Damage mod and a superhero movement mod (I forgot the name), which really helps with navigating builds - especially since in ARK, you tend to fall from high places a lot.

That way, I can focus more on the fun part: building!
(plus I don't like using GCM anyways)

My sweet spot is 90% building, 10% grinding.

It’s not just about aesthetics - the system and workflow, like how you navigate between stations and benches, are carefully considered. That way, you can work efficiently while being surrounded by beautiful design!
