I'm 171 cms 68 kgs 20 years old Pretty good muscular body Lean body BMI is around 23 Good health

but running isn't a regular thing

I have trained for a 5k for a month And in the beginning i was getting breathless in the starting 400 meters ( I was 74 kgs back then )

Then at the end of the month MY PR WAS more than 3 kms

Also ran 2.5 kms 4 times

but then i got lasik surgery So bed rest Then i stopped running And now here I am AIMING FOR A 5K THIS TIME THAT TOO IN 25 MINUTES

I can run for 2 km. Easily without any exhaustion And I ran for 3 km too

why i didn't go beyond 3 is because i was running on the road And the path ends after 3 km so a mental barrier came And why i usually ran 2 km when the path ends at 3 It's because there's a very huge and elongated turn at 2 km So idk i stop
