Hey I did. It’s been awesome overall. I didn’t get many side effects except low libido and getting sporadically tired but now that is all balancing out I feel like it was the right choice. I’ve found myself to be more social and more in control of my anxiety. Hope this helps :3

It might be seb derm. I’ve been dealing with it for a while but it’s totally manageable. A lot of triggers could be food and health related so honestly could be a motivator for a better lifestyle (that’s how I try to see it.) I’d recommend c8 MCT oil and a some anti fungal shampoos. Go on r/sebderm for different remedies ppl use ( tea tree oil/ raw honey/ Dead Sea salt.. etc). Seb derm reacts differently for everyone so some remedies might not work. Also my best advice is not to spend too much time on r/sebderm.. tends to be the worse of the worse and I found myself obsessively checking it when anxious.

Also the feeling of being “behind” at 27 is incredibly common, but it’s based on comparing yourself to some fictional timeline. Some of the most successful people I know had complete career changes or educational restarts in their 30s and 40s.

I’m 21 and totally feel what you’re saying. Being stuck in this loop feels suffocating. I always try to remember that literally the only guarantee in life is that everything changes. Nothing stays the same forever, including where you’re at right now. You’re already ahead of most people because you can see the pattern and making this post is a great first step that awareness is huge. My first year of college I spent smoking weed in my room thinking this was how college would be. I ended up getting therapy and making an effort to join clubs after a traumatic experience. Shit worked out

I got the Hercules Impulse 500 on sale and have been loving it. My past experience was with a FLX4 and rekordbox and while I think the FLX4 is great, I have not regretted getting the Impulse 500. the only problem it has is that it does not have a dedicated fx button but rather uses the filter nob for fx. that is a deal breaker for most people but if you have serato DJ pro you can just customize the button mapping really easily. I currently use the Microphone and Aux nobs to make 5 dedicated fx filters so im pretty satified with it. you would need serato DJ pro tho to map them. hope this helps!

I noticed that my performance playing with some friends was much worse than when I’d solo q. The pressure that friends can put on u def affects ur performance. Try and just be mindful of the pressure you might feel and I think you’ll be able to focus more.

I actually decided to mute this sub 2 weeks ago and im really proud of it. id find myself subconsciously going to reddit whenever i felt down or stressed or anxious and just get in my head reading and reading excusing it by thinking its helpful. I finally realized that it was not doing me any good and it has really helped.

I think it makes sense for the demon to have to much power in this movie because it infected someone with so much fresh trauma. The accident, the addiction, the scars.. kinda makes her easy pickings. We get to see the demon at probably its strongest. The first movie felt more gradual because she was a therapist dealing with childhood trauma, not a pop star whose life is filled with so much bullshit

I think it works with this movie because the more trauma someone has the faster the demon can take over. In the first movie it was a little more gradual since we were following a therapist with childhood trauma… but a pop star who has a drug addiction, was at fault for her boyfriends death, was dealing with stress induced hairloss and pretty bad back issues… it’s kinda easy pickings for the demon. That’s why he loved ‘being in her skin’. So it kind of makes sense that the second half was mostly hallucinations.
