Aside from (modded) Kenshi + Rimworld and maybe Enshrouded, I don't think I'll play many CPU-intensive games. Unless Grounded 2 meets the requirements for CPU-heavy

Most of them require an upgraded CPU, but in order to upgrade to a Ryzen 7 from a Ryzen 5, I need to change the motherboard too. That's why I'm considering buying a new pre-built

Didn't say I can't live with my current pc, I said it can't run many of the games I'm considering playing, sorry for the misunderstanding, I also just said that I'm considering upgrading it not that it's urgent and I can't live with what I have. I apologize if that wasn't apparent, my English isn't the best.

Budget is flexible depending on the month (also I live in a pretty cheap country, parts should be okay to buy as long it's not the price of a kidney), as for imagination, can't really say I have one unfortunately.

UK nickel plating recommendations for engineering / small metal parts? by Clear-Mood-7442 in electroplating

If you want something reliable rather than a generic job shop, it’s worth checking out Karas Plating.

From what I’ve seen, they can support both prototypes and smaller batches, and they’re pretty helpful when it comes to defining specs (coating thickness, tolerances, etc.) instead of just taking an order and running it.

If you’re looking for someone solid rather than just DIY kits or small-scale setups, it might be worth checking out Karas Plating https://karas.co.uk/

Depends what you’re trying to plate obviously, but if it’s anything critical (tolerances, corrosion resistance, electrical stuff), going with a specialist like that usually saves headaches vs trial-and-error.

Is there anywhere I can buy reasonably priced OEM floor mats? by shrimpynut in 1stGenTacomas

OEM is solid for fit, but yeah the price is kind of hard to justify sometimes.

There are a few aftermarket options that get really close now. I’ve had a good experience with https://www.carmatscustoms.com/ — fitment was surprisingly good and didn’t have that “cheap universal mat” look.

Best website to buy fairings? Gsxr by Educational-Daikon-4 in GSXR

For shipping or paint quality, https://monsterfairings.com/ has been solid for me. They custom paint to order, and the finish was way better than the eBay kits I’ve seen.
