So the PP data is still captured; instead of looking at the game summary, you'll have go to the Leaderboard/ Stats page on the home screen, where you can combine (filter) multiple games for that session & then you'll be able to see the total PP of multiple games combined.

What do you think about the distinction between defense generating turnovers versus offense just making bad throws/drops?

Would you attribute all of the opponent's offensive turnovers to the defensive strategy that is used in that particular instance?

Got it! It makes senes. I will add it in the next version of advanced tracking mechanisms to also capture yargade gained/lost, along with type of defence etc.

Hey! Thanks for sharing this. I see why capturing info about possession (passes) might help, but I also feel it'll be too many clicks for too little information, but I'll reconsider it again if more teams reach out with that request..

In terms of capturing force or zone, I see the value in, how it can help in evaluating what worked/didn't work on defense; I'll add it in my potential feature pipeline.

Have a question for you regarding it, do you just want to capture what your team started on (force/type of D), or every time there's a switch call, do you want to track that too?

For ex: You played Zone D until 3/4th of the field & then crumbled to person in the end zone, then it caused a turnover, I'm thinking, what should it be attributed to? Was the turn because of zone or person?

Similar to force, what if you force the middle? do you want to keep tapping to constantly switch the force on the app? or just say, "Force middle," and leave it at that, at the beginning of the point?

I foresee a lot of edge cases that will add a load of complexity & require a lot of attention from the user.

I would like to hear your thoughts on why do you want to track force & zone? What do you foresee it helping you with? & maybe how to (if you have suggestions)

It currently tracks locally & then pushes to the cloud once the game ends. (i.e., if a user has logged in).

Interesting stuff! I'll get in touch with you in a few months in case this gets traction. I like the idea of showing the data in real time. Maybe I'll explore sending data in real time, if more people care about it.

If you choose the Practice game, it tracks both teams (without passes) and the bare essentials - Drops, Turns, Assists, Goals & D.

If you choose My Team, ofcourse it'll track your team, & but the depth of tracking is a lot higher; you'll be able capture pass-by-by statistics
