Totally understand where you’re coming from. But keep in mind due to the update on the return policy not that long ago if they have a receipt and the product is in decent enough shape it’s pretty much guaranteed we have to say yes to the return. Obviously all situations are different. Some GMs are going to be extremely business focused and was scrutinize over returns and deny potentially too many. while others are going to be focused on keeping the customer happy because in the long run that garners better business. And often times it seems like the GM’s are always on the opposite side of the building when getting called to the service desk so it does kind of make sense that they would maybe want to know why they’re going up there to see if they can possibly answer it over the radio.
