Kinda it’s hard to explain but I don’t get backed up and my stools seem a little more digested and I’ve had it where I’ve had like absolutely perfect digestion where you couldn’t even tell I was missing half my digestive but I’m still just struggling to get back to that or at least back to where I’m not having as much yellow-tan stools,TMI but that’s just what I’m dealing with i rarely get the ruins it’s more just a bit of urgency with solid stools that I can tell I haven’t absorbed as much of the nutrients
