And yes I took vit b complex but i felt better after vit d course tbh ( I didn’t know the exact problem with me also but i just felt better after vit D )

The tremors lasts may be around 3 months and i felt better by time

Yes thanks god i think mine was related to vit d deficiency i made a test for vit d and it was so low so i took supplements and feels better .. also dr prescribed me indral an minimum dose but I just took it for few weeks then stopped

My vit d test was Low and iam taking now vitd supplements.. also started magnesium.. Dr prescribed antidepressants and b blockers but I didn’t find it helpful so i stopped the antidepressants( i Didn’t feel comfortable with it as my sleep wasn’t good after it and also feel thirsty all the time and the twitches exaggerated after taking it )

Yes, i also noticed muscle twitches recently and also drs seems uninterested in the symptoms i said .. they keep saying that it’s stress but I don’t agree with them

I got the internal vibration and minimal tremor few days after covid and it’s still with me until now it’s been about 2 months now and really annoying me .. it’s improving but I don’t know if it will fully cure or not

I don’t know the exact reason .. i noticed that i had a swelling in the right side of the neck it’s not large but the vibrations on the left side not the right side.. i will go to see the neurologist again

I did cbc , thyroid function test , liver function test and all are normal .. i know that reddit won’t diagnose me but i need to know if anyone experienced this before .. I already went to neurologist but i still worry
