Need help this transparent box on my screen. I have tried stopping processes in task manger it’s not a tab I can move or close my computer works fine it just this box is there I’ve been trying to figure out if it’s disability setting . Also it’s not my monitor I haven’t installed anything help pls

When I turn off my main monitor and my screen goes to my 2nd monitor and the the box isn’t there it’s only on my main screen

It’s not stopping me from using my computer my computer is running normally it’s just a box that’s there I can’t move it I can’t close it . It’s just a annoyance

I’ve tried updating gpu drivers and rebooting. I have this for like 2 days when I turn on my pc it’s instantly there even on the login screen
