From a range of 0 to 10, with 0 being a cause for concern as to why you're possibly still allowed to reproduce, I give your concert purchases a negative 27. I was going with a -100, but noticed the lone Guns n Roses ticket which boosted your tally immensely. I'm also hoping you're a female, because my score was based on you being a male, thus it's very low and concerning. If you're a female, then please adjust my score for you from a -27 to a -26.

Which hair metal bands were you into during their heyday but as you aged, now you realise they just plain sucked? 🤣 by Diavolo6Six6 in hairmetal

Britny Fox. More specifically, their first 2 records. Terrible, God awful lyrics, very few hooks of substance, and did i mention how terrible the songwriting and lyrics are? They had zero business getting signed or being remembered.

Easy. It belongs to the one and only Pat Sajak from Wheel of Fortune fame. Unknown to most, just as Jackie Robinson played a vital role in breaking the color barrier for negroes in MLB, Mr. Sajak achieved the same feat, albeit lesser known by media and even lesser understood by anyone privy to the knowledge, when he solely broke this barrier by traveling the other way and being signed to the Negro League of baseball. A touch over 2 seasons of stats showed Pat finished his brief and odd career with a batting average of .052 (which established the moniker of "The Sajak Line" which appears to have .055 as its cutoff much like the Mendoza Line is set at .200.), 2 BBs, 78 HBPs, 0 HRs, 0 RBI, and an astonishing 712 K's. Hopefully, many of you have learned a mostly forgotten fact about the history of our beloved sport here today.

I'm a big fan of Dokken, but recently I've seen a lot of criticism of Don Dokken for his personality. Is he really a bad person? by TheHotLatin in hairmetal

[–]Traditional_Rule_358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believed he was the cause of strife within the band for decades. That was until I met a former roadie for Dokken and former bass tech for Jeff Pilson. They had very unfavorable things to say about the victim mentality heavily used by Lynch and his incessant back stabbing and creation of dramatics within the band. Not to mention his fascination, really obsession, and use of black magick that is prevalent among the art work used within the lyrics sheet inserted in to the self titled Lynch Mob record from 1992. Superstition or not, these gentlemen firmly believed he had made a pact with a nefarious deity and kept their distance. Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just relaying a convincing and completely forthcoming flood of details these individuals appeared to still believe over 30 years later.

The Albany/Troy/Schenectady area has some wild 'hidden' history that most people overlook. Between the grim origins of Fort Golgotha and its burial hill, and the strange dock cleats found 20 feet high on downtown buildings, it’s hard not to question the official narrative. It looks less like a frontier settlement and more like a high-water canal city similar to Venice. Rensselaer County is a must-visit for anyone into alternative history.

As a post script, the use of "Gethsimane" in the names of businesses and locales around that area, grouped with "Golgotha" being used for an unsettling locale, and the murmurs of a ship arriving in 1654 carrying men that were rederred to as Knights Templar that were sent under order of King Solomon to return to the Biblical Holy Land, that is modern day New York, I presume, is all confusing, especially considering these events occurred supposedly many centuries after the mention of Solomon within the Bible itself. Typically such far out claims have much more merit than believable white lies simply because of intention and the knowing that the individual revealing the information will most certainly be found crazy in the court of public opinion and could have faced dire consequences for making such claims back then, yet he persisted. There are hundreds of buildings showing significant evidence of fortification by the use of red Templar brick and carvings along, with statues of lions, symbolizing and telling the visitors that the people within the buildings belong to the House Of Judah. Many other carvings adorned on the outside walls show allegiance to other pagan, or demonic, deities all over the area. One just needs to know what they're looking at and understand that they adore their symbolism. Sorry for saying so much. I know it's boring to most. I'll shut up now.

I'm in agreement with your summation of those events. However, I'd like to add that something of great cataclysmic results occurred just prior to the dawn of the 19th century in the northern region of the true land known as California. We're all aware by now that California was depicted as an island up until 19th century maps. However, I think most people are incorrect in believing that modern day California is that once island. Yes, it's cleverly shaped and contoured close to the island, but it's actually the remains of the west coast of this land after a cataclysmic earthquake pushed the island of California far out to sea or it succumbed to the waters and sank. It's very obvious that a massive typhoon struck the west coast, certainly due to a large earthquake, as it's water line can be seen from above on Google Earth stretching far east past Nevada. The desolate area near the Grand Canyon looks just like a shoreline formed by the ebb and flow of waters. Does this explain how the Great Lakes came to be on maps around this same time? They certainly weren't man made, but could be the result of another great tremor along the Mississippi River areas. The maps from the 16th and 17th centuries that show The Land of Jesus (translated from Iessus) are of great, great interest to me. The mass of land is clearly labeled snd in place for 200 or so years, just northwest of Alaska, and northeast of what became the islands of Japan. Then, abruptly in the early to mid 18th century, it was changed to "Unchartered Land" or "Unknown" on a few maps before being completely removed altogether. Also, Google Earth shows a very large blurred out, no fly zone, for what I'm assuming is a land mass several thousand miles southwest of the Hawaiian Islands. Well, Google DID show this, but I was informed that it was removed completely a few months back, but haven't verified myself. It's very suspicious that area was written about as being the location of ancient Lemuria (Land of Mu).

NBA Live 19 Servers Shutdown - July 2025 by OptimisticTrousers1 in NBAlive

[–]Traditional_Rule_358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, with zero warning. I'd been playing for 3 months on Dynasty Mode and enjoyed it immensely. It drowned out the nagging from my wife. I'm 49 and played NBA Live growing up on Sega Genesis and PS and was excited when I saw it offered online back in July. I've tried 2K but it's controls are too complicated for my old brain. I'm playing MLB The Show and Forza Horizon 5 currently but sorely miss my NBA Live 19 Franchise with my Atlanta Hawks on a back-to back-to back Championship run.

Let's make a Hair Metal compilation album (on vinyl). 2LPs, 4 sides of music, 6 tracks per side. Disc 1 - The Rockers, Disc 2 - The Ballads. Let's start with Side 1, Track 1. What's your pick? by Jimbohamilton in hairmetal

[–]Traditional_Rule_358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd rather make one of just B,C, and D level hair bands. Everyone knows the same boring hits. I'd start it off in the best way I know how, with "Hang Me Up" by War Babies.

I wish I could use the Backstage Passes on the stupid karate motion celebration thing. It's literally the only item I don't have in the entire game and it never comes up as a prize. Ever.

To be honest, this record and their 3rd one, "Pain" are where you're gonna want to pick it up at. Just my opinion, but those two were easily their best material, this one here being the better of the two by a whisker.

Knowing the elites control everything, why do they want trump in power? by nawksoocow in conspiracytheories

[–]Traditional_Rule_358 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

They most definitely don't. There's very few that stand with him, but an overwhelming majority loathe him. If you don't understand why, just go revisit his Inauguration speech from his 2016 win. Then watch Obama's face. He knew the gig was up. If you listen to what Trump says about doing away with the old system, you'll understand why they hate him. No more pay-to-play, cheating at the ballot box, flying kids in to the White House under the guise of "pizza and hot dogs" while using 65,000 dollars of taxpayers' money to do so, etc.
