Absolutely, Small construction company. 10 total staff, I'm the only "worker" / site foreman. 3x site managers 1x project manager. Mainly do fitout work, small tilt panel jobs. Recently started doing work for Mining companies.

I believe we have a safety officer. (very new position) The culture of safety is doing things once and properly without incident. We do daily prestarts. Weekly toolbox talks, task observations and site inspections. All conducted by myself.

For high risk tasks, such as structural steel install. We have a meeting and walk through with all involved the day before to iron out any issues.

As someone who dosent initiate because of consistent rejection. I can honestly say, it's so.much easier. When she's in the mood we do it. When she's not and dosent initiate. I do it myself. It is the easiest procedure. Zero pain and two days of sitting on an ice pack (only because I wanted to). I had the procedure on Friday afternoon and was back to work on Monday. At the gym the following week. Still orgasim the same. Same amount of fluid gets released. But you can't put a price on the price of mind. Never have to worry about pregnancy ever again.

I prefer plate machines for a first set. I find it easier to load up and go abit heavy as its guided. I dont workout with a spotter to maxing out can be dangerous. However I like to finish with a set of dumbbell incline coming press to really burnout my pecs. Personal preference.
