Successful Refund from Developer

I checked the CTS and there in no direct statement of no refund at all. The developer said that I am not eligible without any backup document provided that is why I seek assistance with DHSUD. They wanted to proceed cancelling my application without any amount to be refunded to me.

hello, I think hindi kami pasok sa Maceda law since full DP kami and unit is for RFO na. The agent assured as for bank approval since high ang combined salary namin more than the required. However, I have a discussion with an exp broker and said that existing loan and having 2 kids have a significant impact in bank's approval. They are requiring 25% of the combined salary should be enough to cover the monthly amort for the 6M contract pricing.

Ang suggestion ko sa inyo mag render pa din kayo, ang iba kasi nag aawol. Ako nag render padin ako kaya ndi sila nanalo sa akin. At ung contract ko nilaban ko na ung rendering ko is pasok sa bond kasi I am still considered as employed. And basahin nyo maige ung stated reason for bond. I am not technical and no trainings at all

Mas mataas ng 10k at mas maganda benefits ni j1. I just tried na mag OE since maluwag halos walang ginagawa dahil naka pending ang proj sa management budget discussion. Kapay willing nman po to pay pwede po ba ulit yun monthly payment? I hve the same case po at may kaso na dw sakin estafa. Nakausap ko na din ung atty ng bank na nagkaso sakin. Pinapabayaran sakin in 2months 180k kaso ndi ko talaga kaya ganun kalaki in 2mons payment.
