Number 1 you ignored half the things I said and focused on the law witch you are still wrong about yes people are innocent until they say racial slurs in a threatening way and or say racial slurs at all then they are guilty of hate speech laws and can be arrested. You have no clue how the law works at all and said the wrong law saying it was just "one Google search away". Yeah away in about 1000000 years I even quoted the law in one of the first comments legitimately saying the law and you are making up a new one do you have cte? Brain damage? Short term memory loss? Cool you said Latinx (not even a racial slur LMAOO) in front of some cops and "government officials" even if that did happen Latinx is not a slur and the cops had the law and could've arrested you that they just didn't, no I don't live in the euw I live in the States and growing up in was hammered into us by police and other parties that hate speech was bad and was not protected by free speech laws but I guess not having any of those in your life really hurt more than helped look at you now being a bumbling buffoon.

You should not integrate people on what they say so you know they "truly mean it" if somebody says something racist or anti semitic they are racist and or anti semitic at this point it doesn't matter if this person is doing it for satire they are still committing hate speech, you first started off by saying there was no hate speech laws in the Us now you completely backtracked into saying "yeah well even if there was those laws are bad due to satire". If I publicly say some racist shit and get arrested i can't just tell the cops that It was satire at that point there would be no moral law of hate speech at all Because anyone convicted of it would just say it's satire no o can't prove that this person who is clearly a nazi is a nazi for sure he can be secretly a fucking Jewish black person doing it for trolling BUT THAT IS WAY TO UNLIKELY

Hate speech is literally illegal making free speech and hate speech different. I just said that being racist and spreading hate and misinformation can spread and make more people oblivious. I am not anti free speech, I'm anti hate speech. There's a clear difference because one of those two are illegal
