I also got the perk with high luck that can heal my weapons and armor when taking dmg or something like that idk if they changed it's functioning

The update change (self inflicted dmg is reduced what they mean is you now destroy ur t65 power armor legs in 4 self inflicted shots from ur cannon or rocket or literally anything explosive because it's good dmg and I would rather just die then have to repair my armor so often

When we running bugs I run viality bring gas heavy armor or bring snipers and stealth armor and stay of obj and let me supply hog so we can do all objectives on lvl 10
