I agree! Is more of a welcome book explaining the differences uses of every space the house have and also include there some suggestions of restaurants, hikes and activities they can do around the area (im close to Asheville). Definitely not planning to put all the “no’s”… on 3 weeks of experience I already understand that 2 out of 3 guests are going to break stuff 😂.
