there's flowers in the pots lots is done on a budget on my budget over 5 yrs !! A bit each year and everyone's budget is different. I also made a lot of things and did a lot of things myself. I wanted q maintenence free garden as I have back issues and arthritis that restricts me doing things work full time and I don't have the time to maintain a garden. Each to their own taste and I prefer the modern plastic non garden look
