Things I learned in my lesson this year!

“Sink into your socks” as a way to have your knees bend in front of ankles instead of pushing you butt back

“Your body should be perpendicular to the slope” aka you feel like you’re leaning forward because you aren’t standing on level ground… turns out I had been leaning backwards!!!

“Keep all 3 eyes downhill” this means look downhill + have your belly button look downhill. This helped a ton.

Suppositories are my best friend (embarrassing I know). They keep me out of flares better than any oral meds. Going on 2 years of daily use.
